Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will unfortunately not be approved.

- If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed
- If the request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase
- If the course was bought as part of a bundle, discounted promotion, or limited-time offer (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
- If the learner has downloaded course materials or certifications
- If there is evidence of misuse, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service
Please understand that as digital products are instantly accessible, we must enforce strict boundaries to prevent unauthorized use or exploitation of our content.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
